AddComponentTag uses component font by default

Use $COMPONENT_FONT_COLOR as the default $fontColor for AddComponentTag and AddExternalComponentTag. Otherwise, tagged components have an unexpected (non-default) font color even when no font color was passed to AddComponentTag.
